Obituary for Carolyn Neal Carolyn June Neal of Davis, Oklahoma was born to Omer D. and Eula Elizabeth (Taylor) Lollar on June 29, 1936 in Wayne, Oklahoma and passed from this life on November 14, 2018 in Davis, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years. Carolyn grew up and attended school in Wayne, Oklahoma and received her B. S. in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in reading from East Central University. Carolyn taught school at Varner, Whitebead, Strother, and Jackson in Pauls Valley where she retired.

On July 6, 1954, Carolyn married Sam Neal in Purcell, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Pauls Valley and attended the Central Church in Davis, Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoyed painting, gardening, flowers, and was an avid reader.

Mrs. Neal is survived by: Her husband: Sam Neal of the home 2 sons: Jonathan Neal and wife Glenene of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma David Neal of Flower Mound, Texas Daughter: Shelley McCaulla and husband Richard of Davis, Oklahoma Brother: Larry Lollar of Durham, North Carolina Sister: Phyllis Waugh of Paris, Texas 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren Mrs. Neal was preceded in death by: Son: Richard Neal Parents: Omer and Eula Lollar 2 brothers: Pete Lollar and Owen Dale Lollar 2 sisters: Charlotte Graham and Linda Sparlin Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Thomas Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the Elmore City Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send a condolence to the family at www.
