Obituary for Carrie Ella West Carrie Ella West age 83 of Kingston formerly of Harriman, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Roane Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents Hiram and Ella Webb, brothers Roy and Bill Webb. Survivors include: Children Emma Chambers of Rockwood; Jesse Hall of Kingston; Robert Hall of Rockford, IL; Ruby Curtis of Kingston; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Graveside service 2pm Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Swan Pond Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Food Bank or the Humane Society. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Carrie Ella West please visit our Sympathy Store.
