Belvin Carroll Owens, 79, passed away May 17, 2019. A native of Greenville County, son of the late Belvin Guy and Margie Wooten Owens, he was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Washington Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Coby Ward Owens of the home; a daughter, Deborah West of Greer; two sons, Donnie Dill of Simpsonville and Tony Dill of Taylors; a sister, Guynelle Rainey of Greer; five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Mr. Owens was predeceased by two brothers, Boyce Owens and Dale Owens. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Drew Hines. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park with military honors.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Monday at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to Washington Baptist Church Kingdom Vision, 3500 North Highway 14, Greer, South Carolina 29651.
