Obituary Catherine J. (Newcomer) Stratton, 90, residing in Vermilion, passed away Tuesday morning, February 5, 2019 at Stein Hospice Care Center peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Catherine was born on September 9, 1928 in Sandusky, OH to the late Charles and Alberta (Coombs) Newcomer. Catherine graduated from Sandusky High School.

She retired as a custodian from EHOVE Career Center, and during her retirement worked at Kiddie Korral as a nursery aide. Catherine was a member of Sts.
