Cecilia (Celia) Adamo age 95, died peacefully on December 18, 2018 in Mahwah, NJ. Celia was born December 9, 1923, in Brooklyn, NY. She was the loving daughter to the late Domenico and Grace Cosmai.

In 1947 Celia married the love of her life, the late Joseph Adamo. She moved to Ramsey where she was a homemaker and loving mother to her three children Beatrice, Joseph and Dominick. Celia was an active member in St. Paul Church.

Celia is survived by her sister Emily Scavo, and children, Joseph Adamo (Cynthia), Dominick Adamo (Dianne) and grandchildren Keith, Gregory, Austin, Darryl and Dominique and great grandson Kristian. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 4-8 PM at the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Paul RC Church in Ramsey.
