Mr. Consiglio, Sr. is survived by his sons, Chuck (Ann) Consiglio, Jr. from Greenbrier, TN and Daniel (Megan) Consiglio from Springfield, TN; daughters, Leah Consiglio of Goodlettsville, TN and Sondra Flynn of Reno, NV; sister, Bonnie Consiglio (Skip) Hartter of Redding CA; grandchildren, Carter Williams and Isabella Consiglio; and niece and nephew, Sheri Hartter and Chris Hartter.
