Obituary for Deborah Yvonne Mitchell Monroe Age 64 went to be with her Lord, Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, surrounded by her family. Born in Nashville, TN to Yvonne Hall Mitchell and Roy Mitchell. She was a 1972 graduate of Thomas Stone High School in Waldorf, MD and earned an Associates Degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

At the time of her passing, she was a resident of Nevada, TX. She was preceded in death by sister, Tamara and brother, Jerry. She was a beloved and cherished daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She is survived by her parents; husband, Michael; daughters, Kori Winger, Brandi Winger and Jodi (Dustin) Spears; grandchildren, Kayli, Dillon and Kaveri Winger and Logan and Blake Spears; sisters, Terri Mitchell and Janica (David) Brink. Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Jacob Oldham officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation is planned for Saturday, January 5, 2019 10am until 1pm at the funeral home.
