Frydendal, 60, of Livermore, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve with his family at home in Livermore. Viewing will be at 2pm the Rosary will follow at 3pm Friday, January 4th at Callaghan Mortuary 3833 East Ave. Livermore, Ca.

94550 Funeral services will be held from 4-5pm Friday, January 4th at Callaghan Mortuary 3833 East Ave. Livermore, Ca. 94550 with a minister from St. Michaels church, officiating.

Arrangements are by Callaghan Mortuary. He will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens 3873 East Ave. Livermore, Ca.

Chuck was born in Livermore on March 10th, 1958 to Cornelius (Connie) Alwin Frydendal, November 28th, 1929, and Margaret (Peggy) Elizabeth Frydendal September 2nd, 1930. He went to St. Michaels Catholic School and later graduated from Livermore High School, in 1976. He married Corraine (Corie) Lee Frydendal on August 27th, 1992 in Tahoe.

He worked as a Grocery Clerk for Lucky and Albertson’s for 38 years until he eventually retired. Chuck loved to race cars in his late twenties. He was an outdoorsman that loved to camp with family and friends, hunt, ride his three-wheeler and take his boat out with his children.

He also loved being a grandfather to his only grandchild, Ryder. Chuck is preceded in death by his father Cornelius Frydendal and older brother Richard Frydendal. Chuck is survived by his wife Corie Frydendal, his children Rachelle and Charles (Hunter) Frydendal, his older sister Linda Olson, older brother Paul Frydendal and younger brother Mark Frydendal, his mother Peggy Frydendal, and his grandson Ryder Frydendal-Woods.

The family of Chuck wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Hope Hospice and Father Carl from St. Michaels Church.
