Hutchison, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the age of 72. He was born on October 19, 1946. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Charles Hutchison, Sr. and Manuella Lange Hutchison, his in laws Amos Gaugis and Brunette Pichon Gaugis.

Charles leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife of 50 years, Aloma G. Hutchison, and his four daughters, Charmaine H. Williams (Brian), Nicole H. Batiste (Darrin), Monique H. Martin (Brandon), Margaux H. Joseph (Bernard), 8 grandchildren Kaila Hutchison, Taylor Batiste, Tyler Joseph and Jordan Joseph, Elizabeth Williams, Cameron, Jared and Nathan Martin, one great granddaughter, Chloe Green; siblings Roxanna Hutchison, Eric Hutchison (Darlene), Don Hutchison (Carroll), in laws Ona New, Brent Gaugis (Yoshi), and Marik Gaugis (Michele). Charles was godfather to Justin Ruiz, Juan Stiaes, Kirk Legaux, Christine H. Emilien and Lenore McCallister. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and devoted cousins and friends.

Charles attended Epiphany Catholic Elementary School, St. Augustine High School (Class of ’64) and Xavier University. He retired from Conoco Oil Co. after 30 years of dedicated service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel the Arch Angel Catholic Church 5029 Louisa Drive.

New Orleans, La. 70126. Visitation will begin at 10:00am.

Interment: Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Professional Services entrusted to Majestic Mortuary (504) 523-5872.
