Obituary for Charles “Pete” Lawhun Charles “Pete” Lawhun, age 87, of North Royalton, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. Born August 30, 1930 in Big Creek, WV to the late Arvil and Ola Lawhun. Pete had many interests such as golfing, motorcycles, poolshooting, and gathering with his friends to go bowling.

He enjoyed gardening and taking care of his blueberry patch. He was a handyman and was great at woodworking. He even created a structure to cover his blueberries to protect them from the birds.

Pete loved his family and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. Devoted husband of Dee Lawhun (nee DeFoe); cherished father of Larry (Doreen) Lawhun and Charles “Rick” (Debbie) Lawhun; beloved grandfather of Tonya, Steven, Andrea, Sarah, and the late Jason; loving great grandfather of Lauren, Alyssa, Ryley, and Skye; treasured brother of Raymond Lawhun, Imogene “Jeanne” Williams, the late Elmer Lawhun, the late Freda Rose Lawhun, the late Donnie Lawhun, the late Denver Lawhun, the late Arnold Lawhun, the late Jewell Lawhun, the late Betty L. Kitchen, and the Late Bonnie Walls; dearest uncle and friend of many. Memorial service will take place at a later date.
