Obituary for Charles T. Barber Mr. Charles Thomas Barber, age 66 of Macclenny, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 after a brief illness. Mr. Barber was a native of Macclenny and a retired United States Army Veteran. He was employed by the Florida Department of Corrections until his retirement in 2011.

He was a member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge #2414 in Macclenny. Mr. Barber is survived by his brother: David Clay Barber; nephews: William C. Barber, Lucious M. Barber, and Jonathan D. Barber; niece: Brooke E. Barber; and great niece: Addison Barber. He was preceded in death by his parents: John W. and Edith W. Barbee Barber Jr.; and brother: John W. Barber III.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Forbes Funeral Home, Macclenny. 904-259-4600.
