Born September 10, 1923 to George Carter and Ann Davies in Birkenhead England, she was proud to have served in the British Army and live out the rest of her days in the United States. Charlotte is preceded in death by her loving husband Victor; daughter, Doreen and son Victor, Jr

She is survived by her daughter Linda Barrette (Richard); 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Visitation will take place at Yates Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, FL on Monday, November 19th from 10 to 11:00 AM with a funeral service taking place at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at White City Cemetery following services.
