Obituary for Christine Brzozowski (Dymski) Christine Dymski Brzozowski, 85, of Erie, passed away on Wednesday September 19, 2018. She was born in Erie on July 4, 1933 a daughter of the late Theodore and Louise Dymski. Christine was a graduate of St. Benedict Academy.

She led a faith-based life and was active in the music ministry and prayer group at St. Joseph’s Bread of Life Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Kacprowicz and one brother, Donald Dymski. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Casimir Brzozowski; three daughters, Karen Baldauf and her husband, Tom, of Pittsburgh and their children, Joshua and Tyler, Anne Maries of Erie, and Sue Powell and her husband, Ron, of Erie, and their children, Kelly, Shannon, and Jacob; two brothers, Terry and Bob Dymski; one sister, Anne Pherigo; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd. , on Friday (today) from 4 to 7 p.m. and are invited to a prayer service there on Saturday morning at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Bread of Life Church at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Bread of Life Church, 147 W. 24th St., Erie, 16502, for Masses and prayers. The family would like to thank the nurses and staffs at the Davita Dialysis Centers on the Bayfront and West 8th St. for their excellent care.
