Obituary for Christopher “Chris” Lee Jones Christopher “Chris” Lee Jones, 45, of Bristol, VA passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born in Oswego, NY on June 24, 1973, a son of the late David and Sharon Baxter Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Nora Jones.

Chris attended Fellowship Chapel Church, was very giving, and helped many people out of difficult places. He was a dreamer and adventurer. He was the best friend a man could have and was always loyal.

Chris worked very hard in life and loved to skateboard, loved camping, and playing the guitar. He has been an unbelievable influence on his children. Chris is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Alyson Jones; children, Abigail Jones, Casey Jones, and Sandi Jones; sister, Kim McKinney; brother, David Jones and wife Shannon; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Fellowship Chapel Church, Bristol, VA. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Price and Pastor Bryan Hall officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the fundraising campaign to offset ICU expenses.
