Christopher David Taylor February 10, 1972 – February 23, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries Christopher David Taylor, 47, of Hutchinson, died February 23, 2019, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He was born February 10, 1972, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, to Russell J. and Carla S. (Wilson) Taylor. Chris graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1990 and worked at Walmart .

On January 24, 1993, he married Jayne Ann Scott in Hutchinson. She survives. Also surviving are: children, Leah Mattox (Stefan), Zachary, Kristin, Lindsay, Dalton, Kaitlyn, and Ashlyn Taylor; granddaughter, Lilith Mattox; father, Russell Taylor, Hutchinson; mother, Carla Welch; brother, Jeremy Taylor, Salina; sister, Wendy Wolf (John), McAlester, Oklahoma; stepdaughter, Madisyn Kuhns; aunt, Connie Traylor, Hutchinson; four nephews and three nieces.

Chris was preceded in death by: his grandparents; two uncles; father and mother-in-law, Ron and Mary Scott. A celebration of Chris’ life will be 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019, at The Atrium, 1400 N. Lorraine, Hutchinson, in Endeavor Room 3. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, with the family present from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Elliott Mortuary.

Cremation will follow. Memorials are suggested to Christopher Taylor Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
