Obituary for Christopher J. Dortmund Christopher J. Dortmund, 35, from Eltingville, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at his residence. Christopher was a loving son, nephew and cousin who was a computer technician and loved anything having to do with computers. He also enjoyed video games and watching football and baseball, rooting on his favorite teams, the Giants and Mets.

He is survived by his loving and devoted mother, Maria; his dear uncles, Fred and Gary Wiegand; and his fond cousins, Bill, Gary Robert and John Wiegand. The family will receive friends from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018, at The John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York.

A Mass of Christian Burial will offered at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2017 at St. Clare Church located at 110 Nelson Avenue Staten Island, New York 10308.
