Chuck Von Hof, age 54, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Hillcrest Hospital. He was born June 13, 1963 in Willoughby, Ohio to Louis Von Hof and Natalie (Barber) Von Hof. Chuck graduated from Mentor High School, and held an Associates Degree from Ohio State University.

He worked as a propagator at several local nurseries. He is survived by his wife, Donna; daughter, Heather Von Hof; parents, Chuck and Natalie; siblings, Lynn (Dave) Roberti, Dennis (Frankie) Von Hof, Laura Graef, Donna (Brian) Wright, Mary Lane, and Joseph Von Hof; father-in-law, John Tozzi; and his dog, Skippy. Private family services will be observed.
