Obituary for Cindy Lee Webb Cindy Lee Webb, 61, passed away at her childhood home May 2, 2018 after a very short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Cindy was born January 23, 1957 in Ogden, Utah to Arlene and Kenneth Jessop who later passed away and was raised by her mom and dad (Wayne Colvin) in Roy, Utah. She married Gale Webb on April 26, 1983 and together built a home and raised a family and opened their hearts to any kids that needed a home for the past 35 years.

Cindy had a passion and love for music, games, puzzles, coloring, gardening, baking and small animals. She is survived by her husband, Gale; 2 children, Chris (Vanessa) Jessop, Heather (A. J.) Rhodes; 8 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; dad, Wayne Colvin; siblings, Craig Jessop, Robin (Robert) Brennan, Wes (Natalie) Colvin, Steve (Denise), Pam (Adam) Gardiner, and many nieces and nephews.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Arlene Colvin and Kenneth Jessop, and granddaughter, Mackenzie. Cindy will be missed by many. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Colvin Family Home.
