Metivier, Claire S., 71, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Aldor and Theresa (Beaumier) Metivier. Claire leaves behind her cousin, Gloria Goguen-Stonefield and husband, Andrew Stonefield and second cousin, Brooke Stonefield.

In addition to her cousin, Claire leaves her housemates Crystal, Elizabeth and Lynne and many friends at Opportunities Unlimited. Through the years, Claire has also enjoyed the friendship of many at the Coventry Senior Center/Project Friends and Cornerstone Adult Services. Relatives and friends are invited to a time of Visitation on Friday, October 12, 2018 in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick from 10:00-11:00 am with a Prayer Service to follow in the funeral home at 11:00 am.
