Obituary for Clark Leslie Lamb Duncan: Clark Leslie Lamb, departed this life on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Duncan at the age of 89. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2018, at the Prairie Hill Church of Christ in Comanche, with Mario Pinedo officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Stephens County Honor Guard.

Burial will be in the Pleasant Home Cemetery in Murphreesboro, AR, Friday, July 18, 2018 at 3:30 PM. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow. Clark was born Tuesday, February 5, 1929 in Delight, AR, to Thomas E. and Mattie Ann (Jackson) Lamb.

Clark grew up in Arkansas. He retired after 20 years of service in the Army. He went overseas 7 times, serving in both Korea and Vietnam.

He married the love of his life, Earlene Elizabeth Eaves on January 28, 1965 in Duncan. They were married for 53 wonderful years. He and Earline moved around a lot in Arkansas until his retirement from the United States Postal Service.

They then moved to the Duncan area and have spent the last 7 years in the Chisholm Trail Retirement Community. Clark was a hard worker and a godly man, who thought of his family as well as others, often stepping up to help when possible. He enjoyed having cows while living in Arkansas.

He often read and enjoyed keeping up with the stock market as well as the current events in the news. Survivors include his wife, Earline Lamb, 2 daughters, JoAnn Holyoak and husband Tommy of Payson, AZ, Paulette Burton and husband Jimmy of Marlow, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a niece, Janice Hill, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by, a daughter, Donna Hunt, a son, Lynn Douglas Eaves, his parents, a brother, and a sister. Memorial Contributions to the Westview Boys Home are suggested. Online condolences may be made to www.
