Claude R. “Dick” Sparks, 80, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 25, 2019 at Es Nursing Home in Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30 at Myers Mortuary 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be on Friday, March 29 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
