Cleo Ann (Young) Short was born on January 20, 1937 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin to Roland and Ruth Lillian (Shattuck) Young. She passed away on July 27, 2018 in Arkansas at the age of 81. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the family present to receive visitors from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the funeral home.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
