Clinton’s Obituary Clinton Dwayne Wallace was born February 28, 1945 in Crescent, Oklahoma to Edgar and Vera (Hatch) Wallace. He passed away February 13, 2019 at his home in Crescent, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years. Clinton resides in and around Crescent all his life with the exception of the time spent in the U.S. Army in Germany.

He was honorably discharged and came back to Crescent. Clinton worked for the City of Crescent in many capacities as a police officer, city water department, and civil defense. He was a firefighter for Crescent Fire Department for 25 years.

Clinton left the City of Crescent and began working for Logan County District #3 and later retired. Clinton loved the outdoors and took every opportunity to hunt, fish, and camp. Survivors include his wife Debby of the home; son, David Wallace and wife Michelle of Crescent; daughter, Tara Webb of Oklahoma City; step-son, Wacy Harrell of Guthrie; step-daughter, Dakotah Harrell of Milsap, TX; three brothers, Stanley, Lonnie, and Chris; five sisters, Jeanie, Dana, Vienna, Juanita, and Patricia; six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers, Clifford and Edward “Corky”. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Oakland-Knowles Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
