Clyde Demory, was born in Gainesville, Georgia on April 29, 1932 to the late Scott and Julia (Jackson) Demory. A graduate of the ManPower Development Center, he worked his way up to become a USDA Inspector until his retirement. He married the late Faydell (Cantrell) Demory and from this union he had three daughters, Reverend Julia Demory, Mary L. Demory, and Doris (Demory) Maynard, and one grandson Mark (Maynard) Maynard-Cabrera.
