Mr. Colin Ramsey, age 82 of Lewisburg, passed away on Thursday, July 5th at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky of natural causes. He was born June 23, 1936 in Mount Vernon, Kentucky the son of the late Fred and Ella Baker Ramsey. He was Full Gospel by faith, he served in the United States Army, was a farmer and member of the Lewisburg Masonic Lodge F&AM and the Rizpah Shriners.

He loved his family, hunting and collected guns. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as three brothers Anderson, Lewis and Robert Ramsey and one sister Cynthia Bernice Ramsey. He is survived by his wife Edna Mae Ramsey of Lewisburg; four sons Steven L. Chapman of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Gary Chapman of Elkton, Larry Chapman and Kevin Ramsey both of Lewisburg; two sisters Eva Jo Heffner of Louisville and Donna Thompson of Lexington; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Ramsey family will be on Sunday from 5:00 until 8:00 with a Masonic Rites Ceremony at 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Monday at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Moody and Rev.

Steve Hibbs officiating. Interment to follow at the Gant Cemetery in Sharon Grove. In lieu of flowers it was his request for donations to be made to the Rizpah Shriners, 3300 Hanson Road, Madisonville, Kentucky 42431 or Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, Florida 33607.
