Mr. William Ray “Rooster” Utley, age 76 of the Pea Ridge Community, passed away on Thursday, October 25th at his home of natural causes. He was born June 2, 1942 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late Claude and Katie Upton Utley. He was a Christian by faith.

He loved his family, hunting, fishing, gardening and race cars. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Tina Utley of the Pea Ridge Community; two sons James and Joseph Utley both of the Pea Ridge Community; one daughter Stephanie Utley of the Pea Ridge Community; one brother Doug Utley of Dickson, Tennessee and one sister Diane Utley of Guthrie.

Visitation with the Utley family will be on Saturday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Robert Butler officiating.
