Ms. Julie Ann Powell, age 30 of Allegre, passed away on Tuesday, October 30th in Elkton after being involved in a vehicle accident. She was born August 30, 1988 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky the daughter of Joseph Powell and Lisa Oliver Fuston. She loved her family, deer hunting, fishing and listening to music.

She was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Warren Powell. She is survived by her father and stepmother Joseph and Sara Powell of Allegre; her mother and stepfather Lisa and Joey Fuston of Clarksville; one brother Joseph Warren Powell II of Allegre and one sister Crystal Powell of Kirkmansville. Visitation with the Powell family will be on Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.

Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery.
