Obituary for Colleen J. McDowell Colleen J. McDowell, age 90, of Columbus passed away Friday, May 18, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Melvin R. McDowell Sr., daughter, Diane K. and son, Rick, son-in-law Chuck Nigman and grandson, Kevin Peters. Survived by daughter, Carol Nigman of Jacksonville, Florida and son, Ronald D. (Denise) McDowell of Galloway; grandchildren, Tina, Tim and Dustin (Sarah) and many great grandchildren; brothers, Paul (Loretta) Hale Jr., Glen Hale, Michael Hale and Patrick Hale; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 23rd from 5-8 PM at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street where the funeral service will be Thursday 10:30 AM. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
