Connie Sue Bass, 67, widow of Connie M. Bass, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019. A native of Frankfort, she was born on July 12, 1951 to the late William Porter and Mary Margaret Cooper Hughes. She was employed with the State of Kentucky and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Marsha (Bryan) Dean, Callie Bass, and William (Katrina) Bass; her sister, Bonnie Hughes, Frankfort; her brothers, Bobby (Beverly) Hughes, Versailles, and Dean (Bobbi) Hughes, Frankfort; her grandchildren, Laura Wright, Michael Wright, LaShawna Bass, Karissa Bass, Ruthann Bass, Ashley Flynn, Alissa Flynn, and Abigail Flynn; and her great grandchildren, Kylin, Isaih, Preston, Liberty, Lynx, Liam, Levi, Ozrik, Casen, Coraline, Kenzie, Brielle, and Bentley. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Morris Edwards Jr.; her grandson, Eric Scott Dean; and her great grandson, Leon Princeton Banks. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Rev.

Jordan Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Jesse Bertrand, Josh Hughes, Michael Wright, and Eric Bast.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
