CONSTANCE CONNIE HUFF, age 77, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 5:25 p.m. at Grant Medical Center. She was born on December 17, 1941 in Fayette County to the late Paul and Jeanne Boyer Cummings. She was a 1959 graduate of Washington High School.

Connie had worked as a book-keeper for Mid-Ohio Chemical, Doug Marine Motors, and most recently, Community Sanitation. She enjoyed playing in her Euchre Card Club, being involved in her grandson’s sporting events and proudly supported her husband’s career as the BPM Fire Chief. Survivors include her husband, Ron Huff, whom she married on July 21, 1961; children, Jodi (Duane) Gilbert, Debbie Huff, and Robin Huff; grandson, James Kysor; and brother, Paul Cummings.

Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Jordan officiating with burial to follow at the Bloomingburg Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5-8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association National Center, 7272 Greenville Ave.
