Corey Wade Milbrand, 42, of New Berlin, entered into rest Wednesday, July 18, 2018, in Harrisburg. He was born October 23, 1975, in Shamokin, a son of Thomas R. and Miriam J. (Richards) Milbrand, of Mifflinburg. Corey was a 1994 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh and Murray State University, Kentucky.

He was employed at Lowes Home Improvement, Selinsgrove. Corey was a member of the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Berlin. He enjoyed model railroad trains, hiking, fishing, and the outdoors.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are one daughter, Miriam E. Fox-Milbrand of San Antonio; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kyle and Elisa Milbrand of Ambler, and Seth and Jessica Milbrand of Palm Harbor, Florida; nieces and nephews, Ramona, Griffin, Lilyana, and Lincoln Milbrand; and his grandmother, Miriam Milbrand of Shamokin. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Milbrand; and maternal grandparents, Llewellyn and Ramona Richards. Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, at the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, 308 Market St., New Berlin, where the funeral will be conducted at 11, with Rev.

Wayne Lupole and Rev. Rick White, officiating.
