Curtis “Jay” Kivett, age 63, of New Market, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nellie and Marshall Kivett; brothers, Albert and Danny Kivett. He is survived by loving companion, Darlene Kivett; son, Brandon (Shannon) Lawrence; grandchildren, Zane and Brycen Lawrence; sister, Marsha (Eddie) McMahan; and many family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fielden Funeral Home. Graveside service 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Mitchell Springs Cemetery with Rev. David Marshall officiating.
