Mr. Curtis’ Obituary Mr. Curtis Lee Blount, age 78, of 5247 Ayden Golf Club Road, Ayden, NC died Tuesday January 22, 2019. Funeral service will be held Sunday January 27, 2019 2:00pm at Live Oak FWB Church. Address: 1577 Rock Road, Grifton, NC 28530 Burial will follow in Live Oak FWB Church Cemetery.

Mr. Blount was a member of Live Oak FWB Church where he served as a trustee, choir member, and usher. He also was apart of the kitchen committee. He is survived by his wife, Willie Mae Blount of home; one son, Curtis Lee Blount Jr. of Greenville, NC; one daughter, Mable Blount-Williams of Portsmouth, VA; four brothers, Lester Lee Blount of Winterville, NC, Paul Blount of Newark, NJ, Debro Blount Jr. of Seattle, WA and Lester Cal Blount of Ayden, NC; one sister, Annie Harkley of Greenville, NC; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will held Saturday January 26, 2019 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Don Brown Funeral Home. Family visitation will be from 5:00pm-6:00pm at the funeral home. Address: 497 Second Street, Ayden, NC 28513 Online Condolences: www.
