Rev. Richard Bond will officiate.

Visitation will be held Monday from 5:00-9:00PM and Tuesday 10:00AM till service time at 1:00PM. Mrs. Palk passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Signature Healthcare in Algood. Daisy Dimple Palk was born on March 17, 1928 in Putnam County, TN to the late James Lafayett and Flora (Fields) Wood.

She was a homemaker and of the Freewill Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: James K. Palk; 4 Brothers: Franklin, Willie, Robert, and Doyle; 2 Sisters: Hazle and Mayzell; & 2 Infant Sisters; 1 Son: Donald Ray Palk Her Survivors Include: 3 SONS & DAUGHTERS-In-LAW: Richard (Carrie) Palk-Cookeville,TN, Kenneth (Gina) Palk-Spencer, TN, & Michael Palk-Cookeville, TN 1 DAUGHTER: Betty Miller-Monterey, TN 16 GRANDCHILDREN, 34 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, & HOST OF GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. Pallbearers will be Mike Moore, J.R. (James) Tollitt, Johnny Threet, Andy Brown, LeRoy Rex, and James Simpson.

Jimmy Brown and Roger Davis will act as Honorary Pallbearers.
