Dan Dover, age 64 of Antioch, died Thursday, November 1, 2018 at his daughter’s home in Lewisburg. Mr. Dover was a native of Washington, DC born November 9, 1953 son of Dorman and Helen Lyerly Dover. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam era and retired after thirty years of service, he, also, retired from the State of Tennessee as a correctional officer and was a member of Cornerstone Church in Nashville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and he is survived by his wife, Linda Dover of Antioch, daughter, Shari Dover of Lewisburg, son, Douglas Dover of Auburndale, Florida, five grandchildren, and sister, Donna Hopkins of Castle Rock, Colorado. Mr. Dover’s body will be cremated and no visitation and service are planned at the funeral home. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
