Visitation will be 11 am to 1 pm prior to services on Monday Dan was born July 30, 1953 in North Carolina and departed this life peacefully April 20, 2018 in McKenzie, TN. He was employed as a forklift operator and received his High School Diploma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank and Betty Adams. Dan is survived by his wife of nearly 36 years; Kathryn M. Adams, children; Meagan Hoffman, James (Jody) Hoffman, Allison (Jeff) Dalzell, siblings; Cliff (Susan) Adams, Angela Holmes, Todd (Gina) Adams, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 11 Nieces and nephews.
