Rogersville: Dan Stephens, age 74 of Rogersville, passed away, Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville. He received an associates degree from Chipola Junior College, Marianna, FL and attended the University of Florida from 1965-1968. Following his retirement from Enron, Dan was involved in the trucking business and ran a Mail Boxes, Etc.

Store. Dan was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being a ham radio operator.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond and Betty Hall Stephens; maternal grandparents, Pop and Mama Hall. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Stephens; sister, Nodya Havice and husband, David of Seneca, SC; brother, Joe Stephens and wife, LeAnne of Sebring, FL; sister-in-law, Edna Evanosky and husband, Jerome of Burke, VA; nieces, Tricia Sealy and husband, Erik, Beth Pazos and husband, Antonio, Judith Brock and fiancé`, Brian Traynor, Beka Disney and husband, Phil; nephews, B.J. Stephens and wife, Robyn, Oliver Pazos and Sebastian Pazos; special friends, Ann Benedetto, James and Liz Young, Vic and Linda Thomas and Ed Bradley; other numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Dr. Amy Haynes.

A service will be held at a later date. Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville is honored to serve the Stephens family.
