Daniel Siira, age 59, of Alexandria, formerly of rural Brandon, died Friday, January 4, 2019. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Saturday January 12, 2019 at the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria. Interment will follow in the Finnish Apostolic Lutheran Church Cemetery in Moe Township.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM Friday at the Anderson Funeral Home with a time of sharing beginning at 6:30 PM. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Anderson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Douglas County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC), Prairie Community Services or the Hospice of Douglas County.
