Daniel Paul Robins was born on March 29, 1934 in his grandparent’s house located in Tanneyhill, Oklahoma, which is near McAlester. He passed from this life on May 14, 2019, at the age of 85 years, 1 month, and 15 days.

His parents, Paul H. Robins and Edwina Meadows Robins, preceded him in death. Dan was the oldest of 5 children, followed by his brother Bill Robins, 2 sisters, Kay Pierce and Joan Walker, and youngest brother, Gregory Robins. Dan Married Terrye Claxton on February 17, 1983, and the enjoyed 36 years of marriage.

He is survived by his children: Daniel, Jr., Christine, Christopher and Jeremy. He has 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren, one of whom preceded him in death. He also has several nieces, nephews and many friends.
