Danny Lee Keen, Sr., 54, of South Haven, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Riverview Nursing Home in Detroit. He was born November 6, 1964 to Cecil and Mary Lou (Bingham) Keen in Selma, Tennessee. Danny was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He also enjoyed collecting pewter figures including dragons, wizards, and Bald Eagles. He is preceded in death by his father – Cecil Ray Keen, Sr., brother – Cecil Keen, Jr., grandson – Ryan Cowgill, and grandmother – Carrie Bingham. Danny is survived along with his mother Mary Keen by children – Heidi (Anthony) Purcell of Paw Paw, Danny Keen Jr. of South Haven, and Carry Keen of Covert, brothers – Gene (Melissa) Keen and Joseph Keen both of South Haven, Tommy Garcia of Kalamazoo, and David Napier of South Haven, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Danny will be laid to rest at Stephenson Cemetery in Casco Township.
