Obituary for Mr. Darian Lamar Hager On Friday, June 9, 2018, Darian Lamar Hager peacefully slept into eternity. Darian was born on July 5, 1972, to the late William Henry and Ina Lennon Hager in Belmont, North Carolina. Mr. Hager is predeceased by his father William Hager and brother Markus Hager.

Darian leaves to cherish precious memories: his wife Claudia Odom Hager; two sons, Daniel Hibbert and William Hager; his mother, Ina Hager; three brothers, William Henry Hager, Charlotte, NC, David Hager, Durham, NC, and Vincent Walker (Pia), Arlington, TX; grandmother, Dorothy Hager, Belmont, NC; uncle John Murphy, Belgrade, NC; aunts, Ruth Lennon Bladenburg, NC, Annette Powell, Durham, NC and Linda Sagoe, Riverside,CA; brother-in-laws, Brian Odom (Deana), Greensboro, NC and Aaron Odom (Kimberly), Charlotte, NC. He also leaves nieces, nephews and cousins, other relatives, mentees and a plethora of friends. The Hager family will honor Darian Hager’s life with two memorial services, one in Durham, N.C., at Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 2068 NC Hwy 55, Durham, N.C. 27713, on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m,, with a family visitation one hour prior to the service.

The second memorial service will take place on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at New Bynum Chapel, 213 Cansler Street, Kings Mountain, N.C. 28086, at 1:00 p.m., with a family visitation one hour prior to the service. The Hager family will also have a visitation on the evening of Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Scarborough & Hargett Celebration of Life Center, Inc., 309 N Queen Street, Durham, N.C. 27701, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mr. Darian Lamar Hager please visit our Sympathy Store.
