Obituary for Darlene D. Martz (Denk) Darlene D. Martz, 83, passed away peacefully at home on February 18, 2019 after an extended illness. She was born July 12, 1935 to Harlan and Mildred Denk. Darlene is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Richard W. Martz.

She is also survived by her sons Rick (Holly) of Hummelstown and Doug (Leslie) of Hummelstown as well as 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Darlene was preceded in death by her brother, Harlan Denk. Darlene was a homemaker who enjoyed baking, cooking, cross-stitching and other crafts, playing cards and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Steelton. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 25, 2019, at 12 noon in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, PA. Interment will be in the Hummelstown Cemetery.

Friends are invited to the viewing in the funeral home on Monday from 10 AM until time of the service.
