Darline Joan Stapleton, age 68, passed on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 at her home in Warrenton, VA. She was born in Manassas, Virginia on March 4th, 1950, daughter of the late, Carnice & Carrie Street. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Darline is survived by her husband of 46 years, Richard F. ‘Dick’ Stapleton; four children, Patrick T. Stapleton & his wife, Carey of Mechanicsville, VA, Brian M. Stapleton of Bristow, VA, Timothy C. Stapleton & his wife, Tracey of Stephens City, VA, and Kathleen M. Shoop & her husband, Ricky of Stafford, VA; brother, Carl ‘Bubbi’ Street; and five grandchildren, Taylor, Abigail, Olivia, Ricky & Madeline.

In addition to her parents, Darline was preceded in death by a stillborn son, Sean Patrick Stapleton and three siblings, Jimmie, Ronnie & Debbie Street. The family will accept visitors at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave. , Warrenton, VA, from 10:30 to 11:30 am on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Tuesday, April 17th, at Moser Funeral Home Chapel followed by interment at Culpeper National cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Local SPCA, Little Sisters of the Poor, New Baltimore Volunteer Fire & Rescue or a charity of your choice.
