Nancy L Moreno, age 54, died at 1300 hours, Saturday, Jul. 21, 2018, from injuries sustained in a hit and run vehicle accident on RT 28 SB, Chantilly VA Nancy Moreno was born Jan. 10, 1964, at Siebel hospital Washington DC, and was a lifelong area resident Northern VA area.

She worked as Assistant CFO for Acquisitions for the Federal Trade Commission, was a volunteer at a food bank in Sterling VA. She loved Shelties and worked with Northern Virginia Sheltie Rescue NVSR. She loved going to the lake with her friends Marley and Paul Ciehoski and Shelly and Kathleen Burke where all very close to her.

She is survived by her three siblings, Felix Moreno, Marlene Hylton and Mike Moreno. As well as her nieces and nephews Amanda Hylton, Steven Hylton, Michael Hylton, Pamela Walters, Katheryn Curtis, great aunt to Makayla Perez, Adeline Perez, Zachary Perez Graham Moreno and Conner Moreno. She is preceded in death by her parents, Anna Engel Delaguarda, Isaac Moreno Viewing will be held at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton on 12 noon Saturday July 28th 2018 and Services will be held at 2 p.m. Contributions in memory of Nancy Moreno may be made to the NVSR Sheltie Rescue, or to gofundme.com to contribute to the funeral gf.
