David’s Obituary David A. Rehrig, 53 of Northampton, PA passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family. Born on October 25, 1965 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Daniel A. Rehrig and Lillian S. (Seier) Rehrig of Bethlehem. He was the husband of Wanda L. (Bellas) Rehrig with whom he celebrated 20 years of marriage on September 26, 2018.

David was the Owner / Operator of Rehrig Unlimited for the past 10 years, prior to he was a Mechanic / Driver for Horwith Trucking, Northampton, PA. for 24 years. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northampton.

He served his country honorably in the US Navy. David had a passion for cars and enjoyed spending time with neighbors restoring them. He was adventurous and loved to travel, ride his motorcycle, go boating and camping.

Surviving along with his wife and mother are son, Christian of Northampton, PA, step-daughter, Tara Grogg of Phillipsburg, NJ, brothers, Timothy S. Rehrig and wife Susan of Walnutport, PA and George J. Rehrig of Batavia, OH, nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 with the Rev.

Floyd Ritz officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019 and on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Northampton.
