David “Davey” Bishop was born to David and Dorothy Bishop on September 17, 1981 in Florence, Oregon. Prior to taking up residence in Lakeland, Florida three years ago, Davey and his brother Luke spent their time traveling across the United States and although Montana was the favorite state of travel they both took up residence in Lakeland and where Davey entered into rest on September 10, 2018. Davey is survived by his mother Dorothy (Oregon) and father David and step-mother Ella of Oklahoma.

Davey also leaves two brothers, Luke (Florida) and Jeff (Oregon) as well as his sister Melissa and step-sister Shelia (Oregon). Further Davey has two nephews Stephen and Derrick also of Oregon. Davey had many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.

Davey will be remembered most for his time around the campfire, his love for hiking and just being outdoors. Those who really knew Davey will remember him most for his loud voice during conversations, his goofy personality, his sensitive side and his very huge heart for others. Davey will be missed by all who knew him.
