David passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2019 at the age of 40. He was born to Judy and Ray on December 25, 1978. David had a heart of pure gold, if someone needed help, he came to the rescue.

Survived by his grandmother, Judy Tems; his parents; his sister, Amy and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening and 1 hour prior to the service.

Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
