Duke, 56, of Avon, passed away February 4, 2019 peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born to Ron and Deanna (Ennis) Duke, November 23, 1962 in Indianapolis, Indiana. David graduated from Mooresville High School in 1982.

David is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Laura (Mann) Duke; 2 sons, Michael Roberts (Jenny) and David A. Duke; 4 grandsons, Payton, Nathan, Eli and Jacob; Parents, Ron and Deanna Duke; Brothers, Michael Duke (Cindy) and Bob Duke; Mother-in-law, Judi Mann; 3 Brothers-in-law, Larry Mann, James Mann and Jeff Mann (Kristi); and 17 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Duke; cousin, Sal Miceli and Grandfather, Jack Ennis. David retired in 2016 from the Painters Local 47 where he worked for 30 years.

He loved hunting, fishing and golfing. He loved his family, friends and being outdoors. A Celebration of Life will be held on February 10, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at IBEW Local 481 located at 1828 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.

There will food served immediately following the Eulogy. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make donation to your favorite charity in David’s memory.
