Thomas October 13, 1941 – March 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Madalynne Louise Thomas, 77 passed away March 9, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN Madalynne was born October 13, 1941 in Clermont, Indiana, the oldest child of James Bennett Hightshue and Mildred Eileen (Patten) Hightshue. Both preceded her in death. She had been employed with Pike Township Schools until January 2019.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and volunteering at her church. Left to mourn her passing are her husband of 17 years Russell Thomas and her 4 daughters, (one she was reunited with in 2015 after being adopted), Tina Marie (Gregg) Disbro, Katrina Ann Stout, Kris Tina Francies and Barb Jones along with 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. As well as one brother Logan (Jana) Hightshue and one sister Suzzie (Larry) Strainer.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers Larry Hightshue and Reece “Butch” Hightshue. Services will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,110 N. White River Parkway,Indianapolis, IN 46222 1pm Saturday March 16, 2019 with visitation 11:30am-1pm before the Service. Burial to follow at West Ridge Cemetery 9295 W. 21st St. Indianapolis, IN 46234.
