David’s Obituary Mr. David Larry Blaylock, 80, of Dalton passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at Hamilton Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Anne de Sieyes Blaylock of Dalton; daughters, Lucia and Kenneth Curry of Ashburn, Virginia and Margaret and Joseph Berardelli of Reston, Virginia; sons, David and Marianne Blaylock of Marietta, Georgia, Scott and Patricia Blaylock of Abilene, Texas and John and Laura Chandler of Dalton Georgia; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-granddaughters; brother, Ron and Charlotte Blaylock of Dalton Georgia; nieces and nephews. Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Reverend Susan Butler officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church from 11:30 until 12:30. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 901 W. Emery St. Dalton, GA 30720 or DEO Clinic, P.O. Box 814 Dalton, GA 30722.
